The Portfolio Committee on Water and Environmental
Affairs, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the
Acceptance of the
Amendment of Annexure B of the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework
Convention on the Climate Change, for the inclusion of the Belarus,
recommends that the
House, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South
Africa
, 1996, approve the said
International Agreement.
