Report of the Interim Joint Committee on Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation on Regulations and Directives in terms of the Protection from Harassment Act ( No.17 of 2011), dated 22 May 2013.

The Regulations in terms section 19 and the Directives in terms of section 20(1)(b) and section 20(3)(a) of the Protection from Harassment Act ( No.17 of 2011) were referred to the Interim Joint Committee on 11 April 2013.

The Interim Joint Committee on Scrutiny of Delegated Legislation, having deliberated and considered the subject of the said Regulations and Directives reports that the Regulations and Directives comply with the scrutiny criteria as determined by a resolution of both Houses.
