Report of the Standing Committee on Finance on the Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the State of Kuwait for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, dated 25 May 2022.
The Standing Committee on Finance, having considered the request for approval by Parliament on the Protocol amending the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the State of Kuwait for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, approve the said Protocol.
