The Select Committee on Finance, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Supplementary Protocol Amending the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to taxes on income, tabled in terms of Section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, recommends that the House approves the said supplementary protocol.
