The Select Committee on Finance, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax matters as amended by the 2011 protocol, tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996 , recommends that the House approves the said convention.
