The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered theCriminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment Act Amendment Bill [B 16B – 2020] (National Assembly - section 75 Bill), and the proposed amendments of the National Council of Provinces passed on 1 September 2021,reports that it agrees with the proposed amendments [B 16C - 2020].
