Report of the Select Committee of Transport, Public Service and Administration, Public Works and Infrastructure on the Charter establishing the South African Development Community Aviation Safety Organisation, dated 1 September 2021:

The Select Committee on Transport, Public Service and Administration, Public Works and Infrastructure, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Charter establishing the South African Development Community Aviation Safety Organization, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Charter.
