Report of the Select Committee on Finance on the Insurance Laws Amendment Bill [B26B – 2008], dated 6 August 2008:

The Select Committee on Finance, having considered the Insurance Laws Amendment Bill [B 26B—2008] (National Assembly—sec 75) referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism; reports the Bill with proposed amendments as follows:
