The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered the request that Parliament approves the ratification of the Extradition Treaty and the Explanatory Memorandum to the Treaty between the Government of the Republic of South Africa and the

Government of the United Mexican States, tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, recommends that the National Assembly approves the ratification of the Treaty.
