The Select Committee on Education and Technology, Sports, Arts and Culture, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Convention establishing the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) Observatory, tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, recommends that the House approves the said Convention.
