The Department of Human Settlements briefed the committee on 29 January 2019, on the Property Practitioners Bill [B21B – 2018]. The Bill was referred to the committee on 04 December 2018.

 

The Select Committee on Social Services, having deliberated on and considered the subject of the Property Practitioners Bill [B21B – 2018] (National Assembly – Sec 76), referred to it and classified by the JTM as a section 76 Bill, reports that it has agreed to the Bill [B21B – 2018].
