Report of the Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry on the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances, dated 26 February 2019:
 

 

The Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry, having considered the request for approval by Parliament on the accession to the Beijing Treaty on Audiovisual Performances, 2012 (the Beijing Treaty), recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
