The Rural Development and Land Reform General Amendment Bill [B33 -2010] was referred to the committee on 22 February 2011. The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform briefed the committee on 08 March 2011.

 

The Select Committee on Land and Environmental Affairs, having considered the Rural Development and Land Reform General Amendment Bill [B33 -2010]  (National Assembly – sec 75), referred to it and classified by the JTM as a section 75 Bill, reports the Bill without amendment.
