Report of the Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources on the Ratification of the Minamata Convention on Mercury, 29 January 2019.
 

The Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources, having considered the request for approval by Parliament for the Ratification of the Minamata Convention on Mercury, referred to it on 26 November 2018, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, approve the said Convention.
