The following report replaces the report of the Select Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs which was published page 132 in ATC No 157 -2018, dated 30 October 2018.

REPORT OF THE SELECT COMMITTEEE ON COOPERATIVE GOVERNANCE AND TRADITIONAL AFFIRS ON TRADITIONAL LEADERSHIP AND GOVERNANCE FRAMEWORK AMENDMENT BILL (B8D-2017) DATED, 30 OCOTBER 2018
 

 

 

The Select Committee on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs having considered the subject of the Traditional Leadership and Governance Framework Amendment Bill [B 8B – 2017] (National Assembly – Section 76), referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism (JTM) as a Sec 76, reports that it has passed the bill with the following amendments:
