Report of the Portfolio Committee on Home Affairs on the Electoral Laws Amendment Bill [B 33 – 2018] (National Assembly – section 75), dated 27 November 2018:
 

The Portfolio Committee on Home Affairs, having considered the subject of the Electoral Laws Amendment Bill [B 33 - 2018] (National Assembly – section 75) and referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 75 Bill, reports the Bill with amendments [B 33 A - 2018].

 The amendments are as follows:

 

CLAUSE 5

 

1. On page 3, in line 37, after “ ‘IEC’ ”, to insert “for the purposes of elections”.

 

CLAUSE 20

 

1. On page 7, in line 40, to omit “1(a)” and to substitute “(1A)”.
