Report of the Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and Land Reform on the Electronic Deeds Registration Systems Bill [B35 – 2017], dated 24 October 2018.
 

The Portfolio Committee on Rural Development and Land Reform having considered the subject of the Electronic Deeds Registration Systems Bill [B 35 – 2017] (National Assembly – Section 75), referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism (JTM) as a Section 75 Bill, reports the Bill [B35A - 2017] with the following amendments:

 

CLAUSE 1

 

1. On page 3, in line 34, after the word “the” to insert “secure”.

 

CLAUSE 6

1.         On page 4, in line 24, to omit the words “where after” and insert the word “whereafter”.

2.         On page 4, in line 30, to omit the words “where after” and insert the word “whereafter”.     

 

CLAUSE 7

1.         On page 4, in line 43, to omit “2017” and insert “2018”.
