The Portfolio Committee on Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, having considered the proposed amendment by the National Council of Provinces (NCOP) to the Plant Improvement Bill [B8D – 2015] (National Assembly – Sec 76), referred to it on 13 June 2018 (see ATC, 13 June 2018), reports that it agrees to the amendment.
