Report of the Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry on the Agreement Establishing a Tripartite Free Trade Area among the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa, the East African Community and the Southern African Development Community, dated 21 August 2018:
 

 

The Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement Establishing a Tripartite Free Trade Area among the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa, the East African Community and the Southern African Development Community, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
