Report of the Select Committee of Trade and International Relations on the Agreement Establishing a Tripartite Free Trade Area among the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa, the East African Community and the Southern African Development Community, dated 8 August 2018:
 

The Select Committee on Trade and International Relations, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement Establishing a Tripartite Free Trade Area among the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa, the East African Community and the Southern African Development Community, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
