The Select Committee on Security and Constitutional Development, having considered the Rules of Appeal Procedure, made by the Rules Board for Courts of Law in accordance with section 10(8)(g) of the Implementation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court Act, 2002 (No 27 of 2002), and tabled for approval by Parliament in terms of section 10(8)(h) of the Act, recommends that the National Council of Provinces approves the Rules of Appeal Procedure.
