The Select Committee on Security and Constitutional Development , having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Treaty between the Republic of South Africa and the Republic of Korea on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, with its accompanying explanatory memorandum, tabled in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution, 1996, recommends that the NCOP ratifies the Treaty.
