Report of the Select Committee on Security and Justice on the Draft Regulations made in terms of the Legal Aid South Africa Act, 2014, dated 7 June 2017:

The Select Committee on Security and Justice received a briefing on the Draft Regulations on 31 May 2017. The Select Committee having considered the subject of the Draft Regulations made in terms of the Legal Aid South Africa Act, 2014, referred to it, reports that it has agreed to the Draft Regulations without proposing amendments and recommends that the National Council of Provinces approve the Draft Regulations.
