Report of the Select Committee on Finance on the draft amendment to the Supply Chain Management Regulations in terms of section 169 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (No 56 of 2003), dated 15 February 2017.
 

The Select Committee on Finance, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the draft amendment to the Supply Chain Management Regulations in terms of section 169 (2) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (No 56 of 2003), recommends that the Council approve the said draft amendment.
