Report of the Select Committee on Communications and Public Enterprises on the ratification of the African Telecommunications Union (ATU) Convention of 1999, dated 8 February 2017

The Select Committee on Communications and Public Enterprises, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the African Telecommunications Union (ATU) Convention of 1999, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
