Report of the Select Committee on Communications and Public Enterprises on the Final Acts of the Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunications Union – Guadalajara 2010, dated 8 February 2017

 

The Select Committee on Communications and Public Enterprises, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Final Acts of the Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) – Guadalajara 2010, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said agreement.
