The Portfolio Committee on Telecommunications and Postal Services, having considered the Final Acts of the Plenipotentiary Conference of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) – Guadalajara and Explanatory Memo thereto, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
