The Portfolio Committee on Telecommunications and Postal Services, having considered the Constitution and Convention of the African Telecommunications Union (ATU) and Explanatory Memo thereto, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
