The Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources, having considered the Regulations Pertaining to the Appointment of a Registering Authority Responsible for the Registration of Environmental Assessment Practitioners in terms of section 47(2) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No 107 of 1998), referred to it on 30 June 2016, reports that the Committee has concluded its deliberations thereon.
