The Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources, having considered the Draft Regulations for the registration of professional hunters, hunting outfitters and trainers in terms of section 8(3) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No 10 of 2004), referred to it on 21 July and 11 August 2016, hereby recommends the approval of the Draft Regulations.
