Report of the Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources on the Ratification of the Paris COP 21 Agreement, dated 25 October 2016.
 

The Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources, having considered the request for approval by Parliament for the Ratification of the Paris COP 21 Agreement, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, approve the said Agreement.
