The Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources, having considered the submission made by the Minister of Environmental Affairs, to approve the Submission of the Amended Alien and Invasive Species Listing Notices, in terms of section 8(3) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No 10 of 2004), referred to it on 30 June 2016, hereby recommends the approval of notices.
