The Select Committee on , having considered the subject of the Revised Draft Rules, 2016, submitted to Parliament on 10 February 2016, rules of procedure for application to court in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No 2 of 2000), referred to it, reports that it has agreed to the Revised Draft Rules without proposing further amendments.
