The Select Committee on Education and Recreation, having considered the subject of the Higher Education Amendment Bill [B36B – 2015], referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 75 Bill, reports that it has agreed to the bill with the Democratic Alliance opposing and the Inkatha Freedom Party abstaining.
