The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered the Draft Revised Rules of Procedure, 2015, made in terms of section 7(3) of the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, 2000 (Act No 3 of 2000), referred to it, reports that it has agreed to the Rules without amendments.
