The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services, having considered the Draft Revised Rules of Procedure for Application to Court in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No 2 of 2000), submitted to Parliament for approval in terms of section 79(3) of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000, and referred to it, reports that it has agreed to the Rules without amendments.
