Report of the Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements on the draft regulations on levies and fees pertaining to the Community Schemes Ombud Service, dated 5 May 2016
 

The Portfolio Committee on Human Settlements (the Committee), having considered the draft regulations on levies and fees pertaining to the Community Schemes Ombud Service, made in terms of section 29(1)(b), (c), (d) and (e) of the Community Schemes Ombud Service Act, 2011 (Act No 9 of 2011) (see ATC 7 April 2016) and submitted to Parliament for approval in terms of  section 29(3) of the Act, referred to it, recommends that the House approves the draft regulations.  

 

The Democratic Alliance abstained from voting on the report.
