Report of the Portfolio Committee on Labour on the Unemployment Insurance Amendment Bill [B 25B – 2015], dated 13 April 2016:
 

The Portfolio Committee on Labour, having considered the Unemployment Insurance Amendment Bill [B 25B – 2015] (National Assembly – sec 75), recommitted to it, and amendments to clause 17 placed on the Order Paper, reports the Bill with an amendment [B 25C – 2015].

 

The amendment reads as follows:

CLAUSE 17

 

1. On page 5, in line 40, after ‘‘time’’ to insert ‘‘after consultation with

Parliament,’’.
