The Select Committee on Social Services, having considered the request for approval by Parliament, on the Draft regulations, submitted on 4 June 2015 in terms of Section 43(4)(a) of the Prevention and Combating of Trafficking in Persons Act, 2013 (No 7 of 2013), AND the Directives submitted to Parliament on 4 June 2015 in terms of Section 44(7)(a) of the Prevention and Combating of Trafficking in Persons Act, 2013 (No 7 of 2013, recommends that the House, approves the said Draft Regulations.
