REPORT OF THE SELECT COMMITTEE ON FINANCE ON THE TAXATION LAWS AMENDMENT BILL [B29B - 2015] (NATIONAL ASSEMBLY- SECTION 77), DATED 27 NOVEMBER 2015

 

The Select Committee on Finance, having considered the Taxation Laws Amendment Bill [B 29B – 2015], referred to it, and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 77 Bill, reports that it has agreed to the Bill.  

 

The Committee further wishes to report that a public participation process on the Bill was conducted jointly with the Standing Committee on Finance, and that a public hearing on the Bill was held on 10 November 2015.

 

The Democratic Alliance objected to the Bill.
