Report of the Select Committee on Communications and Public Enterprises on the Amendment to Article XII(c)(ii) to the Agreement of the International Telecommunications Satellite Organisation (ITSO), aimed at Protecting the Provision of Satellite Communication Services to Developing Countries, dated 25 November 2015:

 

The Select Committee on Communications and Public Enterprises, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Amendment to Article XII(c)(ii) to the Agreement of the International Telecommunications Satellite Organisation (ITSO), aimed at Protecting the Provision of Satellite Communication Services to Developing Countries,  referred to it and tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, recommends that the Council approve the said Agreement.
