Report of the Select Committee on Trade and International Relations on The World Trade Organisation’s Decision on the Implementation of Paragraph 6 of the Doha Declaration on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (Trips) Agreement and Public Health, dated 24 November 2015:

 

The Select Committee on Trade and International Relations, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of The World Trade Organisation’s Decision on the Implementation of Paragraph 6 of the Doha Declaration on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (Trips) Agreement and Public Health, referred to it and tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, recommends that the Council approve the said Agreement.
