Report of the Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry on the decision of the World Trade Organisation on the Implementation of Paragraph 6 of the Doha Declaration on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (Trips) Agreement and Public Health, dated 24 November 2015:

 

The Portfolio Committee on Trade and Industry, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the decision of the World Trade Organisation on the Implementation of Paragraph 6 of the Doha Declaration on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (Trips) Agreement and Public Health, referred to it and tabled in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, recommends that the House ratify the said Agreement.
