Report of the Select Committee on Security and Justice on Proclamations made in terms of section 25 of the Protection of Constitutional Democracy Against Terrorist and Related Activities Act, 2004 (Act No. 33 of 2004), dated 28 October 2015.

The Select Committee on Security and Justice reports that it has concluded its deliberations on the Proclamations made in terms of section 25 of the Protection of Constitutional Democracy Against Terrorist and Related Activities Act, 2004 (Act No. 33 of 2004) and recommends that the National Council of Provinces approve said Proclamations.
