Report of the Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources on the Acceptance of the BAN Amendment to the Basel Convention on the Control of Trans boundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal, dated 13 October 2015.

 

The Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources, having considered the request for approval by Parliament for the Acceptance of the BAN Amendment to the Basel Convention on the Control of Trans boundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal, referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, 1996, approve the said Agreement.
