The Portfolio Committee on Health, having considered the subject of the Medicines and Related Substances Amendment Bill [B6 – 2014 (National Assembly - sec 76)], referred to it and classified by the Joint Tagging Mechanism as a section 76 Bill, and having obtained permission from the Assembly in terms of Rule 249(3)(b) to inquire into amending other provisions of the Medicines and Related Substances Act (No. 101 of 1965) [See Minutes of Proceedings of the National Assembly, 4 June 2015, p 2131], reports the Bill with amendments [B6A - 2014].
