The Portfolio Committee on Transport, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watch Keeping for Fishing Vessel Personnel, 1995 (STCW-F)and the Explanatory Memorandum thereto, referred to it, recommends that the House, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Convention.
