Report of the Portfolio Committee on Environmental Affairs on the Acceptance of the BAN Amendment to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and Their Disposal, dated 12 May 2015.
 

The Portfolio Committee on Environmental Affairs, having considered the request for approval, by Parliament, of the Acceptance of the BAN Amendment to the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal, tabled in terms of section 231 (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, recommends that the House approve the said Amendment.
