Report of the Select Committee on Economic and Business Development on the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, 2007, dated 17 March 2015. 
 

The Select Committee on Economic and Business Development, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, 2007, referred to it in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, recommends that the House approve the said Convention and the Explanatory Memorandum.
