Report of the Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources on the Agreement for the Establishment of the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC), dated 04 November 2014:
 

 

The Select Committee on Land and Mineral Resources, having considered the request for approval by Parliament of the Agreement for the Establishment of the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission (IOTC), referred to it, recommends that the Council, in terms of section 231(2) of the Constitution, approve the said Agreement.
